Tax Advisory and Planning Department

We maintain that a Tax Plan is an essential feature in any feasible Business/Investment Plan. Tax must always be prepared for within acceptable limits of certainty. Thus, the department comes to the aid of our clients in ensuring that proactive measures are put in place to address the various tax issues that may arise in defined business period. Our pro-activity ensures that  our clients are neither found wanting nor disadvantaged in the tax system in which it operates. The international tax issues that will definitely arise in cross border transactions equally remain the forte of the department to adequately address.




Tax Management Department

This department is the operational arm of our practice. It ensures that through active engagement and negotiations with the relevant tax or other revenue authorities, our clients are at all times compliant with the tax regulatory regime. The  services of the department are provided by our retinue of professional service providers who, always taking into consideration the cash flow issues that concerns the clients, ensures that the is compliance with the disparate tax obligations that modern tax systems present.




Tax Appeal Department

Not oblivious of the fact that we may not at all times secure the regulatory authorities full appreciation of the intentions of the legislature in enacting some tax laws, this department is established as an assemblage of tax attorneys who ensure that utilizing the basic skills of commercially-sensible dispute resolution mechanisms, our clients gets the advantage it duly deserves, whilst ensuring a continuing cordial relationship with the tax authorities.
