Corporate Structuring Department



Our Corporate Structuring Department handles essentially every form of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sales of assets and securities and other forms of corporate restructuring. Transactions undertaken cover domestic as well as cross border deals.

Quite apart from our notable legal engagements, the department has over the years handled a wide range of corporate structuring and schemes of arrangements including most of the largest mergers and acquisition transactions that ever took place in Nigeria.
